Announcing Knowledge Base and Ticketing

A big part of our effort here at Sushi is ensuring that our users have the best possible experience. We are excited to announce the launch of our comprehensive knowledge base and ticketing system. You can find answers to frequently asked questions, solve common problems, submit requests for support, chat with our Samurais and track the progress of your requests.
We’ve been slowly rolling out these tools over the past two weeks and we are confident that we are ready to publicly launch it.


The knowledge base is our go-to resource for tutorials and articles and helps our users with troubleshooting when using the Sushi suite of products. This will help you get the most out of our products, and leave you with less need to search for solutions online. By using our knowledge base, you’ll be able to solve common issues quickly and efficiently.
You can always count on us for help, no matter where you are. To get help right away, we offer live chat and ticketing. You can create a new ticket in our Discord server (in the support category) or directly in the knowledge base if you encounter any problems.
How to create a ticket via Discord?
- Head over to our Discord server, and find the SUPPORT category. Click on the channel -> #support-ticket to open it.

How to create a ticket via Knowledge Base?
Go to https://support.samurais.io/ and click on Create a Ticket on the nav menu. You'll enter the ticketing interface.
