MISO is an acronym for Minimal Initial Sushi Offering and it's a suite of open-source smart contracts that make it easier to launch a new project on Sushi. Our earlier article MISO v2: Sushi's Permission-less Launchpad explored the new permission-less version and exciting features in MISO v2 in more detail.

Step-By-Step Guide

Token Details

There are two options available: you can either provide the pre-minted token or choose from three different token standards.

For those of you who already have minted token, you will have to provide a token address and the amount of tokens that you want to sell.

For the Create Token, you will need to choose from one of three token standards and provide the following information: Name, Symbol, total supply, and amount of tokens for sale.

General Details

In this section, you will need to add the currency in which you would like to conduct your auction, as well as the start and end date for the auction.

Auction Details

There are three types of auctions you can choose from - Dutch, Batch or crowd sale.

For the Dutch auction, you will need to provide the starting and ending prices.

For the crowd sale, you will need to provide the fixed price and minimum percentage of token to sell.

For the Batch auction, you must provide the minimum raise amount.

Liquidity

This section will show you how to create a constant product pool on Sushi with your token and auction currency token.

There is a feature that called "liquidity lock" that will lock the seeded liquidity for a chosen number of days, which will give investors more confidence in your project. This is an optional feature that you can choose to use.

Whitelist

This optional feature allows projects to conduct an auction between the pre-approved wallet addresses (commonly known as whitelisted addresses). You can upload a CSV file containing those addresses.

Review

After you have filled out all the information on each section, review will give you a summary of what you have entered before confirming the auction on chain.

After reviewing every detail, click "Create Auction" and confirm the transaction on your wallet.

After the auction is confirmed on chain and will be displayed on the upcoming section of the MISO Marketplace.
